Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to AI review plans bought on .

No subscriptions

Plans are one-time purchases. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

• Unused plans: if you haven't used any review from a plan, ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Partly used plans aren't refundable.
• Failed reviews: if an AI review fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
• Charged but no credits: if you were charged and your reviews don't appear within 1 hour, write to us with your payment ID. We'll add the reviews or refund you in full.
• Duplicate payments are refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval.

How to ask

Email with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
